Edible Wedding Bouquet Flowers
Eat My Bridal Bouquet?!
Preserve a bouquet, press a bouquet, freeze-dry your bouquet but eat it? Believe it or not there are quite a large number of edible flowers that go into a bridal bouquet. Adding these flowers to salads or floating in a cocktail adds a whimsical charm and reuses the flowers. How green is that?
Often the following day there is a wedding breakfast or a brunch for your guests. Why not consider dismantling your wedding bouquets for a culinary delight?
I’m not suggesting that the entire bouquet could be eaten but if this is something that interests you, research the edible flowers and talk with your caterer and florist.
***Remember there are a lot of poisonous and toxic flowers! Do your homework!
