Jack and Ellie didn’t let unpredictable June weather ruin their smiles of happiness with each other!

The perfect wedding location in the Dordogne Valley at a magnificent chateau with a view

There are many chateau in this region of France and many are the perfect backdrop for a June wedding. Chateau de Lacoste was situated on an overlook of the valley with its own historic chapel. The clouds rolled in and the wind picked up but the day was perfect anyway despite moving indoors. Ellie chose an earthy color palette and I used my new favorite garden rose “Touch of Beige” in her flowers. With her and Jack’s background living and working in China and Taiwan, Ellie wanted some unique flowers inspired from living elsewhere in the world. Personalizing flowers is what I love and creating a reason behind each selection makes the wedding flowers like no one else’s.
